STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN MAILED
Member Statements were mailed out the weekend of November 12th. Members will receive 2 statements, one that includes transactions from Oct 1st-7th, 2022 and another that includes transaction details from October 8th-31st, 2022. Both statements should be received by November 18th.

ZELLE - services coming soon
Due to our System Upgrade, Zelle is unavailable. Zelle is currently being tested and we expect the service to be available within the next 2 weeks.

STATEMENTS - October 2022
October Statement mailing, in November, has been delayed due to a processing issue and the observance of the November 11th holiday. Statements are expected to be in mailboxes early next week. We sincerely apologize for this delay and would like to assure you this will not be a regular occurrence.

eSTATEMENTS - access coming soon
eStatements are currently not available in Online Banking accounts. Access is expected to be completed by November 18th and the October eStatements should then be available. Thank you for your patience.

ON-THE-GO-CHECKING MEMBERS
If you are an On-the-Go Checking Member and were charged an "e-Statement fee," that fee has now been reversed. Thank you for your understanding!

RECURRING TRANSFERS & ALERTS
Recurring Transfers and Alerts did not move over within Online/Mobile Banking and will need to be re-established.

QUICKEN & QUICKBOOKS - available as of 10/20

IMPROVEMENTS TO CREDIT CARDS IN ONLINE BANKING
You can now view your balance, credit availability, transaction history and payment information by using the Card Details link in Online Banking.

VISA TRANSACTION HISTORY - access from Online Banking
VISA transaction history can currently be viewed in Online Banking by clicking on your credit card balance from the Summary page, in the upper right, click on Manage Cards. You can register your credit card and view your transaction details.

BILL PAY DETAILS - not available for Business acocunts
We are working to resolve this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

CONSUMER BILL PAY - details have been updated in Online Banking accounts
IMPORTANT-The details were transferred over to the account with the primary social security number. If you were a joint owner on the account before, the Bill Pay details would not have updated into your Online Banking account. This means you will need to set up the payees again if are the joint owner of an account. Remember to delete any automatic payments that may have been set up before, that would be in a primary account holder’s details, so that payments don’t get sent twice.

All Sierra Central Visa Credit Card holders, please activate your "New" credit cards and discontinue using your "Old" credit cards, effective today 10/10.
