Prepare Your QuickBooks/Quicken for our Upcoming Online Banking Upgrade

February 9, 2026
As part of our Online Banking enhancement, we are now will offering Quicken Express Web Connect to better support your money‑management needs. With this upgrade, the Direct Connect option will no longer be available. You may need to take a few steps to re‑enroll in Quicken using Express Web Connect, but rest assured this updated connection method will continue to provide a secure and convenient way to automatically download your transactions into Quicken.

The conversion instructions below reference two important Action Dates:
1st Action Date: Before February 9, 2026
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date—since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.
2nd Action Date: February 10, 2026
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your Online Banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Conversion Instructions:

Please follow the instructions below using either QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online Documents to complete the remaining steps. The Quicken Windows and Mac guides are included as supporting reference materials.
