  Keeping your contact information current ensures you receive important updates about your accounts, services, and community events. It also helps us protect your security and provide timely support when needed.

• How can I update my contact information?

  To update your contact information, start by clicking your name or profile icon in the top right corner of your online banking dashboard. From the dropdown menu, select Profile, then choose Contact Information. Here, you can review and update your phone, email, and address. Once you've made your changes, be sure to save them to ensure your information is current and secure.

• How often should I check my contact information?

  We recommend reviewing your contact details at least once a year or whenever you move, change your phone number, or switch email addresses.

• When should I update my contact information by?

  The sooner the better! Sierra Central will be publishing a new Online Banking platform in February. We need to make sure that all contact information is update to date so we can send you important updates and help you login for the first time, using that new service. Update now and stay connected!

• Will my information be kept secure?

  Absolutely. Sierra Central Credit Union uses industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Updates are processed securely and confidentially.
