By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the disclosures and agreements listed under the Terms and Conditions above, and I agree to those terms. I also confirm my selections regarding promotional communications by text and phone. By applying for, maintaining, and depositing funds into a Sierra Central Credit Union (SCCU) account, I authorize SCCU to review my credit and account history as needed to determine my eligibility for SCCU services and for ongoing account review. I understand that my account is subject to approval and that I will be notified within 7 business days if my application is denied.
I AGREE THAT IF I OWE MONEY TO SCCU AND FAIL TO PAY AS AGREED, SCCU MAY, TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND THE GOVERNING SHARE AGREEMENT, USE ANY SCCU SHARES IN WHICH I HAVE AN INTEREST TO RECOVER ALL OR PART OF MY DELINQUENT OBLIGATION WITHOUT NOTICE TO ME AND WITHOUT WAIVING ANY OTHER RIGHTS OR REMEDIES TO COLLECT THE DEBT.

Sierra Central Credit Union does not collect FATCA codes. The Internal Revenue Service requires consent only to the certifications necessary to avoid backup withholding.
