eStatement & eNotice Delivery Agreement

Consent to Electronic Delivery

By accepting this agreement, you consent to receive your periodic account statements and certain required notices electronically through Sierra Central Credit Union’s Online Banking platform. This consent is provided under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E‑SIGN Act 15 U.S.C. § 7001).

Scope of Electronic Delivery

Your consent applies to all eligible accounts you own or are authorized on, including savings, checking, certificates, loans, credit cards, and mortgage accounts. It also includes related notices and disclosures such as change‑in‑terms notices, IRS tax documents (such as 1099-INT or 1098 forms), and other regulatory disclosures that Sierra Central elects or is required to provide electronically.

Sierra Central may occasionally mail a paper copy of a document without withdrawing this consent.

Technology Requirements

You must have:

  • A device with internet access
  • A supported web browser
  • The ability to download or view PDF documents
  • A valid email address

By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you can access, view, print, and retain electronic documents. If Sierra Central’s technology requirements change in a way that may affect your ability to access documents, you will be notified. Depending on the nature of the change, you may need to upgrade your device or software, or you may choose to withdraw consent.

Email Notifications

Sierra Central will send an email alert when new statements or notices are available. You are responsible for keeping your email address current. Documents are considered provided and delivered once they are made available in Online Banking, even if an email notification is delayed or undeliverable.

Accessing and Retaining eStatements

You can view, download, or print eStatements at any time by logging into Online Banking. Statements are available for at least 24 months from the issue date.

Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any statement or notice by calling (800) 222‑7228 or visiting any Sierra Central branch. Fees for duplicate statements may apply as listed in the Fee Schedule. There is no fee for requesting a required disclosure that you did not receive.

Updating Your Contact Information

You are responsible for maintaining current mailing and email addresses. Updates may be made through Online Banking or by submitting a written request.

System Availability

Sierra Central strives for continuous access to Online Banking, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Canceling Electronic Delivery

You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery at any time through Online Banking or by submitting a written request. Upon withdrawal, Sierra Central will resume sending paper statements, and applicable statement fees, as listed in the Fee Schedule may apply. Withdrawal becomes effective with the next available statement cycle. There is no fee to withdraw consent. Previously delivered eStatements will remain accessible for the normal retention period.
