Understanding Bill Discovery

• What is Bill Discovery?

  Bill Discovery is a new feature within Sierra Central’s Online Bill Pay that helps you automatically find and add bills using data from a biller network and your credit report (with your consent).

• Where can I find Bill Discovery?

  Log into Online Banking or Mobile Banking, go to Bill Pay, then select “Add a Company or Person” and click the “Find My Bills” tab.

• Is Bill Discovery available on mobile?

  Yes! You can access it through Sierra Central’s Mobile Banking app or Online Banking platform.

• How do I start using Bill Discovery?

  Click “Add My Bills Now” or “Add a Company or Person”, then go to Find My Bills. You’ll be asked to check boxes to allow access to the biller network and your credit report. This gives consent to search for your bills.

• What happens after I give consent?

  The system searches for bills and returns a list of matches. You can choose which bills to add to your Online Bill Pay account.

• Can I choose which bills to add?

  Yes. You stay in full control. Simply select the bills you want and click “Add”.

• Where do my added bills appear?

  They’ll show up in your Payment Center, where you can pay them, or set up AutoPay.

• Will I be notified if new bills are found later?

  Yes. Sierra Central’s system continues to search for bills and will send you an email if new ones are found.
