SMALL BUSINESS LOANS (SBA)

Sierra Central is proud to offer SBA loans. We offer local small businesses with financing needed to either start their business or grow. We offer both SBA 7(a) loans and SBA 504 loans.

SBA 504 LOANS
The SBA 504 Loan Program provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for acquisitions. Sierra Central will provide a first loan up to 50% of value and the SBA will fund the remaining balance.

SBA 7a LOANS
The SBA 7a Loan is a loan guarantee program used for a variety of business needs.
