Viewing Check Images
Now you can view images of cleared checks directly through your PCU Online Banking session. Beginning with checks processed April 6, 2007, this feature is enabled for all members who have checking accounts with PCU Online Banking access.
Check images can be retrieved though PCU Online Banking by doing one of the following:
- When viewing your account history, click on any check item that is hyperlinked.
- Do a check search for a range or specific number and check items cleared after April 6th will appear as hyperlink. Click on the hyperlink to view the check image.
Set up e-Lerts to notify you by email when transactions occur on your accounts.
There are several different e-Lert option, use them all or just a few.
Veri-ID provides you added safety by helping ensure that only you can access your online banking account. Your Veri-ID is a picture and caption that is a shared secret between you and the Credit Union. When you see your Veri-ID you can be confident you are at the legitimate website.
Pay your bills online using BillPayer with your linked checking account through PCU Online Banking. (note: you need to already have a PCU Online Banking account setup before BillPayer can be used). BillPayer has no monthly service fee as long as you pay at least 1 bill a month and no more then 25 bills a month. Schedule payments so they are made automatically each month. Sierra Centrals BillPayer is easy to use and you can access it anytime and from anywhere, from a desk top computer or a mobile device. To enroll, sign-in to your online banking.
Go Green! Enroll in Paperless Statements!
- They’re safe and secure. We store the most recent 18 months, or you can save them to your computer. View, Save, and Print your statements online.
- Easy to Access. Simply log into your Online Banking Account and select the eDocuments tab.
- Saves you time. You always know right where your statements are located.
- Convenient notification when they are ready. When your eStatement is ready, we will send you an email message.
Enrolling an account for paperless statements means that we will no longer mail you a paper statement. if you enroll today your request will take effect on the date of your next scheduled statement, unless that date is less than 3 business days from now. In that case it will take effect on the following statement date. You can stop or restart your paper statements anytime in your Online Banking Account.
Bank By Phone Phone Options
Sierra Central’s Bank by Phone system is state of the art technology. Now you can bank over the phone using the voice activated system or touchtone entry – your choice. It’s easy, simple and fast! No more cumbersome codes to enter! Just call 1-800-222-7228 and select option 2.
If you were a user of our old Touchtone Teller system, you are automatically setup for the Bank by Phone system. Just dial the number above and enter your account number and Personal ID (PIN).
Need to get setup for Bank by Phone?
If you have never used Sierra’s telephone banking system before, or are getting a “general error” message when trying to use the Bank by Phone system, you will need to have your account set up for access. Contact Member Services during normal operating hours at 800-222-7228 (press option 5) and your PIN will be setup within 24 hours. You can change your PIN immediately the first time you login to the Bank by Phone system.
How to Use the Bank by Phone system
The system is very easy to use. Whether you like the convenience of using the voice activated option or the standard touchtone method, banking by phone makes things simpler than ever!
Voice Activated System: The vast majority of options will be presented to you by the automated system operator. Should you run into any trouble during your session, simply say “Operator” to get help or “Main Menu” to go back to the main menu to start over.
Touchtone Entry System: At the time of login you will be given the option of hearing a listing of available touchtone entries to navigate through the system.
